How do I book a party?

Please call 410-580-5437 to book your party. A $100.00 non-refundable PayPal deposit by Visa or MasterCard is required to secure your party date over the phone. You may also come into our location to book your party on site. You will pay the balance less the deposit on the day of the party.

How far in advance should I book my party?

Generally the weekends fill up 8-10 weeks in advance. We are open Tuesday thru Sunday for parties. We recommend booking early to ensure you get the date of your choice. If your event is less than 8-10 weeks away, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Who else will be in the party facility at the time of my party?

All parties are by appointment only. You will have the entire spa and party area to yourself and your party guests during your scheduled party time. We do not have the space to accommodate parents or guardians of your party guests.

Who can attend the party other then the party guests?

Please remind the parents and guardians of your party guests that this is a drop-off party event. We cannot accommodate the additional parents or guardians of the party attendees. We allow the parents or guardians (2 adults) of the birthday girl or boy to be in the spa and party area during the event. If you have a party guest under the age of 4 years, we have a waiting area for a parent or guardian to sit and wait for their child until the end of the party.

Can I bring in my own food?

No, we do not allow outside food or beverages in the party facility. All food is catered through our facility. We have different options for food and pastries to suit almost everyone. Please ask for additional menu options when booking your party. Kosher parties are also available on request.

What if my child has allergies?

Generally, if the birthday child has an allergy, we ask the parent to bring in separate food for the child with allergies.

Do the party guests need to wear something special since they will be changing into costumes?

Yes, we recommend that guests wear a leotard or bathing suit under their clothes as they will be changing in and out of costumes in a common area.

How is the make-up applied to my child?

The make-up is put on with disposable q-tips and thrown out after use. The make-up is child appropriate and usually includes eye shimmer, blush, lip gloss and a fairy dust glitter star.

What is the tipping policy?

We add 18% gratuity on all theme and spa parties. There is a 15% gratuity for spa services.

When do you have to provide a final headcount?

We prefer to have the final headcount & final party details one week (7 days) prior to the party.

Can I take pictures & videotape at the party?

You are welcome to videotape and take pictures. We also offer photo packages and can have your photos ready for you to take home the day of the party.

Can boys come to the party?

Yes, we have costumes for boys and offer the Pirate Party and Rock Start Party themes created with boys in mind. It is recommended for boys 8 years and younger.

What happens if a guest arrives late?

Your guest will have to join in the party while the party is in progress. They will still be charged the full amount. We will do our best to provide any missed services to any guest that arrives late.

What happens if we arrive late to our party?

If you are more than 20 minutes late past the start time of your party, a $30.00 late fee will be added to your package.
